How to apply context-free for unit pack and aggregate packaging identifiers?
To apply context-free for unit pack and aggregate packaging identifiers, you need to launch the ID ISSUER system and log in with your username (login) and password created in the registration process.
The context-free nature of the application means that the application does not depend on the business operator and/or facility from the system of the Polish ID ISSUER. In other words, it is possible that the applicant has a code of the operator and/or facility registered in the ID ISSUER system of another country.
After launching the system and logging in, you need to open the list of business operators in the main panel of the ID ISSUER system by clicking on the “APPLICATIONS FOR IDENTIFIERS” tile.

You need to use one of the buttons on the list, depending on the type of identifiers that the application will concern.

After selecting the appropriate option, an application form will appear in which you can enter the details of the business operator and/or facility manually, from outside the system.
The example provided below shows the “Application for aggregate packaging identifiers” form.

You need to fill out all fields in the “Application for aggregate packaging identifiers” form as described in EU Regulation 2018/574, ANNEX II, Chapter II, Section 2, Point 2.2 Request for aggregated level UIs.
