How to request for a machine edit?
In order to apply for a machine edit, you need to start the ID ISSUER system and log in using the login and password set up during the registration process.
You also have to be authorized for submitting requests for a machine edit.
After starting the system and logging in on the main panel of the ID ISSUER system, run the list of facilities by pressing the "MACHINES" tile.
Then go to the form clicking on the "Request for data editing" button
All fields must be completed in the "Request for a machine edit" form as described in Regulation (EU) 2018/574, ANNEX II Chapter II Section 1. Point 1.8 Request for a machine edit.
The fields "Operator code," "Confirmation code", "Facility code" and "Machine code" are automatically filled in by the system and are not subject to modifications.
Once you have filled in the form fields, click the "SUBMIT REQUEST" button.
If the entered data is correct, the system will display a message.
After correct request processing changes are visible on list and details of machine.
